Booking and Tee Times

All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred tee time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reserved time.

Membership

Memberships provide access to exclusive services and events. Membership fees are non-refundable, and privileges are subject to club rules.

Payment

All services are billed in Polish Zloty (PLN). Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.

Code of Conduct

We expect all visitors to respect the club, staff, and fellow golfers. Any behavior that disrupts the experience may result in removal from the club.

Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, Vortexalab Golf Club is not responsible for injuries or damages incurred on the premises. Participation is at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

Vortexalab Golf Club reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
